 How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB Cards and cash. All accounts are payable on arrival.
 
 What is check-in time?
Your room is available from 02:00 pm on the day of arrival - please advise us of your arrival time. Luggage storage is available if you arrive earlier.
 
 What is check-out time?
To enable us to ready the room for the next guest, check out time is 11:00 am.
 
 Can I store luggage on my day of departure?
Yes, when you check-out, you can leave your bags with us until later in the day.
 
 How far ahead should I book?
In order to accomodate you in your room of choice, please let us know as early as possible. Booking ahead is always advisable.
 
 How can I keep in touch with friends and family back home?
With direct dial telephones in every room, nothing has been easier. Day or night you can call family back home. Free cable internet facilities in the rooms and public area WIFI access to our guests. Fax services is also available.
 
 What hours are reception open?
We are open 24/7, 365 days a year. Late arrivals are accepted.
 
 Are Hairdryers available?
Hairdryers are available in the rooms, irons and iron board are also available at reception. Electrical voltage is 220/240V, it is not possible to use 110V appliances in the hotel.
 
 Do you arrange sightseeing tours?
We can help you enjoy your stay by arranging sightseeing bus tours and day trips, free maps and advice on finding your way around. Please email us with any travel queries you may have.
 
 Do you have non-smoking rooms?
We do not permit smoking in the room. All our rooms are non-smoking.
 
 Do you have a Lift (Elevator)?
The hotel has a lift and it goes until the 3rd floor. The fourth floor guest has to do a little exercise by taking the stairs.
 
 Where is the nearest Laundry?
Just 25 meters away around the corner from the hotel, there is a laundry offering full service washes or coin operated machines.

 Are there any Restaurants nearby?
Yes, many! There are dozens of local restaurants specializing in all nationalities of food from English, Indian, Italian, Malaysian, Thai, Chineese etc. All these are just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
 
 What are your Terms and Conditions of booking?
When making a booking a Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card number is taken as a guarantee of arrival. This will not be charged in advance. Payment is required on arrival by cash or card, for security reasons please ensure you have your credit card with you on arrival. In the event of a no show your card will be charged for one night. In the event of a cancellation or postponement where more than 48 hours notice is given no charge is made, where less that 48 hours notice is given a one night charge is made. All cancellations are required in writing. All room rates are nett of any agents commission.
